Flashman or The Flash is the man who knows the true value of Speed. Being a part of the Justice League Foundations, he vows to make the world a safe place. Wally West, a scientist when working on a experiment accidentally exposed himself with a chemical which gave him extraordinary reflexes and super speed. With his power he pledged to use them only for the good. Thus The Flash was born.
